After years of cultivating and facilitating embodied spiritual awakening, the Body Stories series that this piece is from was a natural segway back into the visual arts.
 
The original was painted while I was in covid quarentine. I was waiting to see a dear friend who was undergoing cancer treatment in Canada. Hopefully it captures my experience of a deep inner journey grappling with the fear of possibly losing one so dear to me while also trying to stay positive.
